Mindfulness & Meditation

Tai Chi & Chi Kung

Beneficial to people of all ages and fitness. levels. Combines breath and flowing moves into different postures which helps harness the ‘CHI’ life force within us, reducing stress, increasing stamina and promoting a sense of overall well-being. Also set sequences focus on opening, stretching and flowing chi through the meridians to benefit health.
