Also set sequences focus on opening, stretching and flowing chi through the meridians to benefit health.

Infinite Tai Chi TM is a unique form of the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi, created by Master Jason Chan over 20 years ago to meet the needs of people in the modern world.  It is beneficial to people of all ages and fitness levels. It helps to balance physical, emotional and energetic systems and the gentle but powerful flowing moves help calm the chattering mind and emotions, whilst strengthening the physical body.
