What it is
The Mindfulness Based Living course, ideal for beginners, has been developed by the Mindfulness Association based on the work of renowned mindfulness teacher, Rob Nairn.
The step by step course, gradually and gently introduces you to the experience of mindfulness practices and meditation over the course of 8 weeks. The aim is for participants to begin to embody aspects of mindfulness as part of their daily lives, which will help to increase general well-being.
Each session provides a short explanation, guided practice, reflections and enquiry. All materials are provided and include a handbook and guided meditation audio for home practice.

Week 4 – Working with Distraction
Week 5 – Exploring the Undercurrent
Week 6 – Attitude of the Observer
Week 7 – Self-acceptance
Week 8 – A Mindfulness Based Life
Week 9 – Free follow up session
Please note that Jacky has undergone full intensive training in order to deliver this course safely with the well-being of all attendees being the prime focus. If you are undergoing any mental health problems or a stressful life crisis at this time, this course is unlikely to be suitable for you until you have recovered. Contact Jacky to discuss.
